Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding contract, a formal quote, or a guarantee of availability, pricing, or timeline. All project agreements are formalized through separate written contracts between FCD Kitchen & Bath and the client.

Any estimates, timelines, or guidance provided through this Site or in response to an inquiry are preliminary and subject to confirmation through a formal written agreement. Final pricing and timelines depend on project scope, material selections, site conditions, permit requirements, and other factors that may not be fully apparent at the time of initial review. FCD Kitchen & Bath is not bound by any estimate provided informally through the Site until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
